We are thrilled to offer admissions for the academic year 2025-26 from Nursery to Grade 9. Our goal is to provide an environment that fosters academic excellence, holistic development, and safety for every child.

Please follow the steps below to complete the admission process:

Step 1: Online Inquiry
Submit the Online Admission Inquiry Form
Interested in joining Helios International School? Start by completing our online admission inquiry form. Make sure to provide a valid email ID and mobile number for communication purposes.

Step 2: Choose an Appointment
Select a suitable date and time for your appointment using our online calendar.

Receive Enquiry Code
Upon successful submission, you will receive an Enquiry Code. Keep this code for future reference. (Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.)

For sibling admissions, please use different email IDs and phone numbers.

Step 3: School Visit & Interaction
Schedule a Visit:
Visit our campus on the scheduled date and time. During this visit, the student and parents will meet our admission team for an interaction. Note that interactions will only be conducted with a prior appointment.
Parents are requested to adhere to the scheduled appointment date and time.

Step 4: Application Form Submission
Complete the Admission Application
After the interaction is successfully completed and the inquiry is approved, you may purchase the official Application Form. Please submit the completed form along with the necessary documents within 3-5 working days.

Document Verification
The admission confirmation is subject to the submission and verification of all required documents. Ensure that the child’s name, parents’ names, and date of birth are filled in accurately, and the required documents are attached with the form. Incomplete or incorrect forms will not be accepted. Admission will remain provisional until all documents are duly submitted.

Step 5: Enrollment and Fee Payment
Payment and Confirmation
Once the application is approved, our counselors will guide you through the enrollment process. The seat will be confirmed upon full payment of fees and submission of all required documents.
