Admission Process at Helios International School

At Helios International School, we believe that admissions mark the beginning of a lifelong learning journey. Our process is simple, transparent, and designed to help families experience our academic philosophy and campus environment firsthand.

Step 1: Submit an Enquiry

Visit the official website of Helios International School and fill out the Online Enquiry Form with accurate details about your child and contact information. This allows our admissions team to understand your requirements and provide personalized assistance throughout the process.

Step 2: Schedule an Appointment

Once the enquiry is submitted, parents can book an appointment with our Admission Counsellor at a convenient time slot.

Step 3: School Visit and Interaction

Parents and students are invited for an interaction and campus tour on the scheduled date. This visit provides an opportunity to experience the school’s environment, meet faculty members, and understand the holistic learning approach at Helios.

During this session, the Admission Counsellor will explain the school’s academic structure, teaching methodology, co-curricular programs, and admission guidelines in detail.

Note: Parents are required to carry the necessary mandatory documents of the student.

Step 4: Admission Confirmation

After the interaction, once the admission is approved, parents will receive an official confirmation from the school via email. On completion of the required formalities and payment of fees, the admission will be formally confirmed, and the child will become a part of the Helios International School community.

Parents will also receive orientation details and the academic schedule before the commencement of the session.
